The Food Was Amazing. The Menu Just Hadn't Caught Up Yet.

When we first met Karina at Sabor Norteño, one thing became clear almost immediately. The food was incredible, but the way it was being presented wasn't telling the same story. Customers were ordering from a simple paper menu with no photos, no personality, and no real showcase of what was coming out of the kitchen. For a restaurant serving dishes this good, it felt like there was a huge opportunity waiting to be unlocked.

Together, we created a plan to elevate the visual side of the brand. We photographed menu items, captured reels of dishes being prepared, and started designing a booklet-style menu that would finally give customers a glimpse of what makes Sabor Norteño special. Every plate that came out of the kitchen seemed to prove the same point: the food had always deserved a bigger spotlight.

One of the most rewarding parts of the project has been watching the momentum build. What may have started with a little uncertainty quickly turned into excitement as the new visuals began taking shape. The videos, the photography, and the menu redesign all started working together to tell a much stronger story about the restaurant and the people behind it.
